Lessons learned for Moldova:
- To include aspects related to organization of joint programs into national law;
- To use a common terminology;
- Dissemination of information at European level on best practices related to organization of Joint Programmes,
- There is a need to nominate only one Agency to assure the quality of the programmes
- The internal quality assurance is to be done based on mutual agreement of partners
