The first Virtual Fair of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education Projects (CBHE) took place on October 26-27, 2021.
More than 100 projects from all over the world, 7 of them – from the Republic of Moldova (PBLMD, eDRONE, SMART, LMPI, ReSTART, ELEVATE and REFINE) have presented their results and offered practical trainings during the two days of the event.
The Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education Projects are transnational cooperation actions based on multilateral partnerships, primarily between higher education institutions from Erasmus+ Programme Countries and eligible Partner Countries. These projects aim to promote cooperation and partnerships with impact on modernization and internationalization of institutions and higher education systems in Partner Countries.
The main objective of the Virtual Fair was, through the best practices and the results achieved by 2015-2020 funded projects, to inspire academics, university managers, students and national policy makers to shape the next generation of CBHE projects. Subject-specific sessions with results of projects in agriculture, engineering, health, entrepreneurship, digitalization, soft skills etc. took place within the Virtual Fair. The showcased projects have succeeded in improving teaching methodologies, expanding the educational offer and enhancing governance efficiency of the higher education institutions all over the globe.
Around 2000 participants have engaged in the event, and more than 5000 have followed the live broadcasts via the social media channels.
