The purpose of mobility activities funded by Erasmus+ is to provide learning opportunities to individuals and to support internationalisation and institutional development of VET providers and other organisations in vocational education and training.

VET providers can apply for short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff, which provide applicant organisations with an opportunity to organise various mobility activities over a period of six to eighteen months. Applicant organizations must be established in an associated to Erasmus+ Programme country. Moldovan VET providers, being a third non-associated country institutions, can only be partner in the project and host incoming learners and staff.
