National Erasmus+ Office in Chisinau has held between 14th of September and 18th of October informational events for young people and students form the Republic of Moldova about the Erasmus+ Programme options from which they can benefit.
The “Information Day” reunions were organised in the four cities of the country with the participation of around 500 of students in Chisinau (September, 14th), Balti(October, 5th), Cahul and Comrat(October, 18th).
The events were held in the collaboration with the universities’ international relations departments.
The NEO Moldova presented to the audience the academic mobility possibilities for short-term (International Credit Mobilities) and long term (Joint Master Degrees).
Also, for the first time this year in the framework of the informational campaign were presented at the State University of Moldova doctoral programmes and other possibilities for the young Moldovan researches in the context of Marie Curie Actions.
In the same time, Erasmus+ Youth Info Centre in Moldova presented the opportunities available for youth as volunteering activities, international conferences, traineeships.
The students have appreciated NEO Moldova’s action showing their interest for the program and students mobilities.
During the 2015, 2016 and 2017 selections, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Commission has offered over 1300 of mobilities for the students and teachers from the Moldovan universities.
Information Day is an annual informational campaign held by National Erasmus+ Office in the Republic of Moldova which aims to present the Erasmus+ Program’s opportunities among the Moldovan students, young professionals and university staff and also to promote the internationalization of studies, mobilities, and exchanges of experience.
